The Tallest Skyscraper in the New Administrative Capital – Know More

For the first time in Egypt, a 345m skyscraper will be built in the New Administrative Capital in the business and financial district which will stretch over 30% of the New Administrative Capital total space.
Also, it’s worth mentioning that this skyscraper is a part of a huge project that will be built in cooperation with China's great construction company (CSCEC), and such project will contain a huge shopping mall, a number of magnificent buildings, 12 commercial complexes, two hotels and five residential buildings. These magnificent buildings will be located around the skyscraper that will be located in the center of the business and financial district.
FIn addition, this skyscraper is supposed to be the tallest in Africa.
FBesides that, this deal was signed between both Chinese President Xi Jinping and President Abdul Fattah al-Sisi in 2016 and is scheduled to be completed within 43 months.
About the Skyscraper in the New Administrative Capital:
- High-speed elevators,
- Electric generators,
- Emergency stairs,
- Fire systems,
- Fire Extinguishing system,
- Water networks,
- Sewage networks,
- Wide car parking areas,
- Periodic maintenance services.
As for the New Administrative Capital building phases:
It’s divided into:
- Phase I: Construction will be on an area of 40 thousand acres,
- Phase II: Construction will be on an area of 47 thousand acres,
- Phase III: Construction will be on an area of 97 thousand acres.
Moreover, this great project will be one of the most attractive projects in terms of investment. Not to mention that the New Administrative Capital is planned to include about 25 residential districts with a total of 1.1 million housing units and 40,000 hotel rooms.
